He knew that his psychic link with her no longer existed, so finding her was going to be even harder for him this time around then it was any other time before this. He quickly went back to their room to check if she was there, but there was no sign that she had been there. Everything was the way they left it when they went out to go visit Lugia, including Emmi's blanket that she had given to Sierra to help her fall asleep. This reassurred Derek that, even though he didn't know where Emmi was, he knew that she wouldn't
